Material and process issues Uneven wall thickness: Sanitary grade fittings are prone to uneven wall thickness in areas with significant deformation such as the back of bends, and ultrasonic thickness gauges need to be used for detection. ‌ Excessive hardness: Improper heat treatment process leads to excessive hardness, requiring re heat treatment. ‌ Installation and usage issues Interface leakage: If the interface is not covered or sealed tightly, causing water leakage, it is necessary to check the interface and install a sealing ring. ‌ Deformation and rupture: Uneven heating or external force during bending can cause the pipe fittings to be flattened, dented, or cracked. It is necessary to install them in a standardized manner and heat them evenly. ‌ Improper position of support piers: The spacing between pipeline support piers is unreasonable or the compaction method is improper, causing the wire head to break. It is necessary to adjust the position of the support piers and compact them layer by layer. ‌‌ Material and connection issues Galvanized layer damage: Mixing galvanized steel pipes with non galvanized fittings causes damage to the galvanized layer, which needs to be replaced with matching galvanized fittings. ‌‌ Insufficient anti condensation measures: Failure to provide insulation or inadequate protective layer, resulting in pipeline condensation. It is necessary to increase insulation materials and ensure the tightness of the protective layer. ‌‌ Inspection and maintenance issues Insufficient inspection: Failure to strictly conduct hydrostatic testing or ultrasonic testing resulted in problems such as cracks and sand holes not being detected in a timely manner. ‌ Environmental impact: Adverse environments can cause aging, deformation, or rupture of silicone hoses. High quality materials should be selected and harsh environments should be avoided.  Suggest taking corresponding measures for specific problems, such as adjusting process parameters, standardizing installation processes, and strengthening quality inspections.
