A sanitary rotary pump is a combination of the inlet and outlet sections and the middle section, which are connected by a pull rod. His output water pressure can be very high, and it is a type of centrifugal pump that relies on the rotation of the impeller to obtain centrifugal force, thereby producing materials. When the gas density reaches the working range of the mechanical vacuum pump and is extracted, gradually obtaining high vacuum. Sanitary rotary pumps rely on changes in pump chamber volume to achieve suction, compression, and exhaust, making them variable volume centrifugal pumps.
Fault 1: The water pump does not absorb water, and the pointers of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge jump violently
Reason: 1. Insufficient infusion and water intake 2. Leakage at the connection between the pipeline and the instrument 3. Excessive suction
Solution: 1. Check if the bottom valve is leaking water Hire enough water again. 2. Tighten the leakage area. 3. Reduce the water absorption height
Fault 2: The water pump does not absorb water, and the vacuum gauge indicates high vacuum
Reason: 1. The bottom valve is not open or blocked. 2. The resistance in the suction pipeline is too high. 3. The filter is blocked
Solution: 1. Check the bottom valve 2. Replace the suction valve 3. Clean the filter
Fault 3: The pressure gauge has pressure but still does not release water
Reason: 1. Excessive resistance in the outlet pipe 2. Incorrect rotation direction 3. Valve in the outlet pipe not open 4. Impeller blockage
Solution: 1. Check or seal the short water pipe. 2. Check the motor Two phase intermodulation 3. Open the outlet valve 4. Remove the dirt inside the impeller
Fault 4: Unable to achieve the designed flow rate
Reason: 1. Inhalation of air 2. Decreased water level Insufficient submergence depth 3. Blockage of foreign objects inside the impeller 4. Severe wear on the rotor part
Solution: 1. Check the leaking area and eliminate it. 2. Extend the suction pipe Deepen the submergence depth 3. Disassemble and remove foreign objects 4. Replace the sealing ring
Fault 5: Excessive power consumption of the pump
Reason: 1. The packing is pressed too tightly And it heats up. 2. The flow is too large. 3. There is friction between the rotating body and the housing. 4. The pump bearing is worn. 5. The pump shaft is bent
Solution: 1. Relax the packing pressure appropriately. 2. Reduce the opening of the gate valve. 3. Adjust the position of the rotating body and shell. 4. Replace the bearing. 5. Replace or calibrate
Fault 6: Increased pump vibration
Reason: 1. Local blockage of impeller 2. Damaged impeller 3. Insufficient flow rate 4. Non concentricity between pump shaft and motor 5. Damaged bearings 6. Air ingress Cavitation occurs
Solution: 1. Disassemble and remove foreign objects 2. Replace the impeller 3. Slightly open the outlet valve 4. Align at a fixed point 5. Change the suction position Improve water absorption
