The sanitary rotary pump is a machine designed and manufactured based on advanced foreign products. The impeller, guide vanes, and guide housing are formed by stamping, stretching, and welding stainless steel plates, and use hard alloy mechanical seals and guide bearings.
Sanitary grade rotary pump fault one: Encountering the phenomenon of severe jumping of non suction pressure gauge and vacuum gauge pointers in a vertical multi-stage pump.
Reason for malfunction: The suction is too high, the water injection is not sufficient, and there is abnormal air flow from the connection between the pipeline and the instrument.
Solution: Check if there is any water leakage in the bottom valve, then hire sufficient water intake and tighten the leaking area.
Sanitary grade rotary pump fault 2: The vertical multi-stage pump does not absorb water, and the vacuum gauge may indicate high vacuum.
Reason for malfunction: The filter is clogged, the bottom valve is not open, in other words, it is blocked, and the resistance in the suction pipeline is too high.
Solution: Check the bottom valve. Replace the water absorption. Carefully clean the filter.
Sanitary grade rotary pump fault three: The pressure gauge of the vertical multi-stage pump has pressure but still cannot discharge water.
Reason for malfunction: Impeller blockage, possibly due to excessive resistance in the outlet pipe, incorrect rotation direction, and failure to open the outlet pipe valve.
Solution: Carefully inspect the short water pipe. Detect motor two-phase intermodulation. Activate the outlet valve. Remove the dirt inside the impeller.
